Educational and Mentoring Workshops “Tajči i Suzi pričaju o projektima” (“Tajči and Suzi are talking about projects”) are organized by CraftIT as a joint initiative with pm4you, led by experianced mentors Suzana Divić and Tatjana Kotarski.
Each session begins with a short introduction, followed by interactive group work focused on real topics and examples brought by participants.
We meet online via Zoom from February to June, every first Tuesday of the month, from 7 PM to 9 PM (CET).

BASIC PACKAGE
62.5 EUR (50 + VAT)
Participation in all five online workshops – five monthly online workshops focused on the fundamentals of project management and participants knowledge exchange.
PRO PACKAGE
312.5 EUR (250 + VAT)
Includes everything from the Basic package, plus:
+ One group Q&A session for PRO participants
+ One-on-one mentor coaching session with Tatjana Kotarski (Tajči)
+ One-on-one mentor coaching session with Suzana Divić (Suzi)
SINGLE WORKSHOP
25 EUR (20 + VAT)
Any single workshop from the Basic package, except last.
Last workshop is a reflection and development planning for Basic and Pro participants who attended all workshops and can not be separatly attended.
Refund policy and data protection considerations
Etics and data protection
- CraftIT is the organizing party, so your personal and payment details data will not be shared with other included parties.
- You will share what you choose on Zoom calls with CraftIT, pm4you and other participants. That includes your Zoom title, name, and stories you bring. You can anonimize any sensitive details about employer and coleges before sharing to the group.
- Group will be asked to comply to Vegas rule, but that relies on participants honesty and is not legaly binding.
- Group sessions will not be recorded.
- 1:1 sessions for PRO users are confidential.
Payments and Refund policy
- When you click apply and enter form, we count on you to participate. You will be asked to perform payment after we confirm that there are enough interest and that workshops can be held as planned
- After recieving payment details, you will secure your spot with timely payment .
- In case of not attendance, partial refunds will not be granted.
- If workshop has to be moved because of organizers and you are unable to attend, partial refund will be granted.
- Any disputes will be handled case by case.
